A
Accuracy Score
A FactCheck metric that shows how much of what answer engines say about your brand is correct. Profound extracts the claims made in AI responses about your brand, checks each one against your Knowledge Base, and reports the share that is accurate. The score is calculated as accurate claims / (accurate claims + inaccurate claims).
For example, FactCheck extracts 50 claims. 30 of those can be verified against the Knowledge Base, of which 24 are accurate and 6 are inaccurate. The accuracy score is 24 / (24 + 6) = 80%. The 20 unverifiable claims don't affect the score.
