About Activity Logs

Activity Logs give admins a single record of the important events in their Profound organization. Review each event with the responsible user and a timestamp, then filter, count, and export the results without leaving the platform.

Activity Logs live in Settings, under the Organization section, and are available to users with an Admin role. No setup is required: open the page and your organization's event history is already there.

Activity Logs capture organization, login, and membership changes, such as role updates. Each entry records the action, the user who performed it, the IP address the change came from, the category the action belongs to, and the time it happened.

Logical change records

Activity Logs record events as logical changes, so a bulk edit appears as one entry rather than hundreds of individual rows.

Filters with live counts

Narrow the logs by the events you care about and watch result counts update as you filter. Live counts show how often an event occurred without scrolling through the full history.

Export

Export the filtered logs for compliance reviews, security audits, or record-keeping. The export matches your active filters, so you share what you see.
