About Projects
Last updated: June 18, 2026
Overview
Projects is a shared workspace where your team collaborates on high-leverage opportunities. Each week, the Aim agent analyzes your workspace data and surfaces a specific set of suggestions: gaps in visibility, citations, or prompt coverage where your brand can improve.
Each opportunity becomes a Project. Team members can pick up tasks, refine plans using a built-in chat, and launch Agents directly from the Project to do the work, including custom Agents built specifically for the opportunity. Outputs are saved inside the Project as reusable Artifacts, keeping everything related to the opportunity organized in one place.
The gap between data and direction
AI visibility dashboards surface scores and trends, but they don't tell you which gaps are worth acting on this week, or what specifically to create or fix. Turning that data into a prioritized, actionable work plan takes hours of manual analysis that most teams don't have time for.
Marketing teams consistently tell us the same thing: they have plenty of data but no clear sense of what to do with it. Without a systematic way to spot what's worth acting on, teams end up tackling whatever feels most urgent instead of what actually moves AI visibility.
How Projects turns analysis into action
Aim scans your workspace every week, and identifies opportunities for action. Each opportunity comes with a report: a written summary of the gap, the data behind it, and a set of tasks. Before committing to any work, you can use the chat to ask questions or adjust the direction. When you're ready, launch an Agent with one click to execute the plan.
Key features
Weekly automated intelligence
Aim is always on: it scans your workspace with no manual triggering required. It analyzes hundreds of data points across your visibility topics, citations, prompt volumes, and competitor content, and runs dozens of analyses to find where your brand has the most room to improve.
Project reports with summaries and tasks
Each suggestion includes a written report explaining the specific gap, why it matters, and what actions address it. The report contains a summary, a visibility chart filtered to the relevant topic, and a list of tasks. Each task has its own plan with a goal, competitor references, target URLs, and a suggested content approach.
Custom Projects
The weekly scan isn't the only way to generate Projects. Create custom Projects scoped to any topic or business context at any time by describing your goals in natural language. This helps when you already know what to focus on and only need actionable support.
Refine task plans in a chat before you act
Before launching Agents to accomplish your tasks, adjust the plan to your team's priorities using natural language in a chat. Add a section, change the angle, exclude a competitor, or reframe the goal. Projects incorporates your input and updates the task plan before work starts.
One-click Agent launch
Launch a Profound Agent directly from any task in a Project, and let Agent Assistant build and run the Agent in front of you. Multiple tasks within a single Project can run with separate Agents in parallel.
Artifacts
When Agents complete their work, the outputs are saved as Artifacts directly inside the Project. Artifacts can be 📄 Profound Documents, Sheets, or Agents, depending on what the task required. They appear in the Project view and can be reviewed or reused at any time.
