Which data is used in a Projects weekly scan?
Projects currently analyzes AI visibility data: visibility scores, citations, prompt volumes, and competitor content. Support for Shopping, Sentiment, and other data is on the roadmap.
How is Projects different from Agents?
Agents are the execution layer: they do the work. Projects is the strategy layer: it identifies what to work on and why, then hands the work off to Agents to execute. Projects removes the need to manually analyze dashboards to decide what to prioritize.
What if I already have content on a topic a Project is targeting?
Aim considers your existing published content before making recommendations. If your existing content can be optimized, that's what it recommends rather than creating something from scratch.
Which day of the week do the Project suggestions refresh?
The weekly scan runs over the weekend, so fresh suggestions are ready for review on Monday.
Is a Project meant to be reused repeatedly, or is it one-off?
Projects are designed to be long-lived and reused as needed. If the tasks aren't relevant or helpful, refine, add, or remove them using the chat. Any Agent you create for a Project is also saved and can be reused at any time.
Do Project suggestions expire?
Yes, they refresh every week. Suggestions you haven't tracked are replaced with a new set.
Can I save or pin Projects I want to come back to?
Yes. If you can't review suggested Projects before a refresh, track them and review when you have time. If a suggestion isn't useful, untrack and archive it at any time.
