About Team Performance

Overview
Team Performance gives marketing leaders a single view of how their team uses Profound. Open the dashboard to see active users, agent runs, total hours saved, and other metrics benchmarked against peer enterprises in your industry.

This feature is currently in beta and is being gradually rolled out to Enterprise customers. Not on an Enterprise plan yet? Request a demo to see what's possible.
The ROI question every marketing leader gets
Marketing leaders running a team on Profound face a question: what's the platform actually returning? The signals are there in the work, but pulling ROI and adoption numbers out of raw usage data by hand is a project of its own.
Without a dedicated view, it's difficult to know who on the team has adopted the platform and how much time it saves. And even when those numbers are present, they're hard to judge in isolation: without a point of reference, you can't tell whether they meet the mark or fall short.
One dashboard for adoption, ROI, and context
Team Performance addresses those issues in one place. Adoption shows up as active users, agent runs, and a leaderboard of your most active users. ROI shows up as hours saved, calculated with manual time inputs you control. Context comes from benchmarking against peers by enterprise size or industry.
Instead of assembling a report from raw data, you read it off the dashboard or export it and bring it straight to leadership.
How it works
Team Performance lives in Settings, under the Organization section, and is available to users with an Admin role.
View or revise your team roles on the People page under the Organization section.
The Overall Performance section shows the metric cards, including Active Users, Agent Runs, Total Hours Saved, and Projects Tracked. The Platform Usage section shows your Power Users leaderboard and a breakdown of Agent Usage by Category.
By default, every metric shows cumulative, all-time data. Narrow to a specific time period when you need to report on a month or a quarter. You can also add a peer comparison to any metric, benchmarking against companies of similar enterprise size or in your industry, or view your numbers on their own.
Key features
Hours saved with a transparent breakdown
Total Hours Saved translates your team's Agent runs into time returned to the team. Select Expand on the card to open the Total Hours Saved Breakdown, which shows time saved by marketing category along with the active Agents, Agent runs, average process time, and the resulting time saved.
Customizable process times
Each marketing category has a default average process time: the hours the task takes to complete by hand. The default values are in place on initial setup to help you get started. Adjust them anytime to match your team's pace and get the Time Saved figure you can trust and defend in front of leadership.
Power Users leaderboard
The Power Users table ranks people on your team by hours saved and agent runs. Use it to recognize champions, spread their working patterns across the team, and spot where adoption needs a push. Select View all users to see the full list, or download the leaderboard to share it.
Peer benchmarking
Every metric can be benchmarked against peer enterprises of similar size or in your industry, so your numbers are put into context. Benchmarking data is shared on an opt-in basis: you're opted in by default and can opt out of sharing your usage data anytime.
Export
Select Export to download an image of the dashboard that you can take to leadership or procurement or share in presentations.
