Customers that want to test out Profound's platform and evaluate its capabilities before committing to a paid subscription can sign up for the Profound Lite Trial Plan.

Trial Plan Details

Profound offers a 7 day free trial for the Lite plan. Lite is meant as an entry-level option for customers who do not need the full features and support of an enterprise plan.

Users will be able to access all the features in Lite for free. Users will be required to provide their credit card information, and they will be charged only after the trial ends. If they cancel before the end of the trial, they will not be charged.

Cancel a Lite Subscription

For those on Profound lite looking to cancel their subscription, follow the steps below:

1. Click on your name on the bottom left, and then click on the Settings tab

   

2. Go to the Billing tab and click on "Manage" button under the plan.

3. You will be taken to a stripe pricing and invoicing page, where you will be able to cancel your subscription.
