Can I share a dashboard with someone who doesn't have a Profound account?

Yes. Open your dashboard, select Share and set General access to Anyone with the link. Copy the link and share it with anyone to give them a view-only access to the dashboard.

Can I export the raw data behind a dashboard?

No, dashboards currently export only as PDF. To work with the underlying raw numbers, pull them with the Profound API, or build an Agent that uses the matching data node (for example, 📄 Visibility Score or 📄 Citation Pages) with the same filters as your chart. To give external AI tools access to your Profound data, connect them to Profound's hosted MCP server.

Can a dashboard be emailed on a recurring schedule?

Not from Dashboards directly. To send a recurring report by email, build an Agent that generates the report and emails it on a schedule.

Someone shared a dashboard with me and I want to build on it. How can I edit it?

Only the dashboard owner can edit a dashboard. To build on someone else's dashboard, open the dashboard actions menu and select Duplicate, then edit your copy.

Which competitors appear in my charts?

For each chart, you choose which of the competitors tracked in your category to compare. Save that competitor comparison as the chart's default view to keep it.

Is there a limit on how many dashboards I can create?

No. Create as many dashboards as you need, and each one keeps its own charts, filters, and layout.
